School Site Licenses

• How many people can view the livestream with this registration? Unlimited
• Cost: $1800
• Live Access (Central Time): All plenary sessions and workshops.
• Recordings: Access to recordings for a limited time after the conference.

What is a site license? A site license allows staff from member schools to watch the conference together at their school or other venue, or to access the conference on their own. We encourage schools to gather together as they are able.

How do we access the conference? Online access instructions will be sent to the email that you provide during registration for the site license. Schools can then enable viewing at their on-site locations, or distribute the access information to their staff for individual viewing, or both.

What does it include? The online conference includes livestreams of plenary speakers, and provides all workshops via Zoom. Member schools have access to all available recordings after the conference on the MRC. While we try to upload conference talks as quickly as possible, it can take several weeks for all recordings to be made available.

Can non-member schools access a site license? While non-member schools cannot access the Online Member School Site License, all are welcome to participate in the Online Conference.
