Harold has graciously offered his time and experience to act as the “catcher” for development questions from ACCS member schools and to assist them in finding the best person available within ACCS to help answer their inquiry.

Harold Naylor has been associated with classical Christian schools since he joined The Christian Academy in Pennsylvania as director of advancement. In 2009. Harold has spoken on biblical stewardship at the national conference of the Association of Classical and Christian Schools (ACCS). Prior to his experience in Christian schooling, he was the business manager for a DuPont biotechnology company and several other lower-tech enterprises in Texas and Mississippi. Harold has a degree in engineering from Mississippi State University and an MBA from Indiana University in Bloomington. He is a member of Faith Presbyterian Church (PCA) where he is an elder, Sunday school teacher, men’s ministries coordinator, community group leader, and choir member. He is married to Cynthia and they have four children.

David Hostetler is available to consult with ACCS members on legal questions, policies, training, and other needs (with terms to be arranged between David and ACCS members, including reduced consultation fees for ACCS member schools).

David is licensed to practice law in North Carolina. For members outside of North Carolina, he offers consulting, policy, and instructional legal services.

David Hostetler is legal consultant for ACCS. He specializes in education law, is founder and director of Lex-is School Law Services (Chapel Hill, NC), and is Associate Professor of education law, policy, and ethics at Appalachian State University (Boone, NC). He and his wife have four children, each of whom attend or have attended a classical Christian school.
