Position Description

Ad Fontes Academy seeks a Grammar School Teacher (K–2) who is passionate about classical Christian education and eager to shepherd young students in both their academic and spiritual formation. The ideal candidate will nurture curiosity, establish strong foundations in reading, writing, and arithmetic, and cultivate a classroom environment that reflects the joy and wonder of God’s truth, goodness, and beauty. Teachers in K–2 employ time-honored classical methods, including memorization, narration, chanting, and imitation, while partnering closely with parents to support each child’s growth.
