One Day That Inspires All Year

Leader’s Day pre-conference workshops and gatherings provide teachers, school leaders, and administrative staff with targeted topics to help them as they work in schools day-to-day. Just as importantly, these gatherings bring like-minded people together for fellowship and prayer.

Leader’s Day, Academic Leader’s Day, and all Practicums will be held on June 18, 2025 – the day before the official opening of the conference. Learn more about all our pre-conference offerings below.

Leader’s Day

Wednesday, June 18, 2025, 8AM – 5PM

Leader’s Day is offered both in-person and online.

For school leaders, board members, and lead administrators.

Meet with and learn alongside experienced leaders who can encourage and assist as you guide our movement forward. Come together to advise and pray for one another. Join in the discussions that will help you take workable strategies back to your school.

New this year! For academic deans, department heads, and lead teachers.

Academic Leader’s Day is a second Leader’s Day offering for Repairing the Ruins, produced by the Alcuin Fellowship. This event is directed toward academic deans, department heads, lead teachers, and teachers with a focus on a topic.

Practicums

Practicums are offered in-person only.

For those with a special interest or focus.

Teaching Latin at Any Level –

Learn useful techniques – at your own skill level – for getting students to produce and understand Latin from experienced teachers.

Starting a Classical Christian School –

Gain the tools, ideas, and training to move your vision from an idea to a thriving school. We will equip you to count the cost, lay a solid foundation, and build a school that stands as a light in your community.

Learning Challenges Practicum –

We will provide you with the wisdom, tools, and confidence to deal with learning challenges in the classroom in order to serve every student well.
