Theme of 2025

The theme of the 2025 Administrators Summits is Leading in the Classical Christian Tradition.
“A good leader is one who knows how to communicate the Good in a way that moves people to do the right thing, even if the truth may at first come as a disappointment. This vision of the leader stands at odds with the managerial class of corporate leadership science that we are so often presented with today…
A leader rooted in classical Christian statesmanship—exemplified by Christian synthesis of Aristotle’s magnanimity, Cicero’s just ruler, Augustine’s humility, and Boethius’s wisdom—grounds leadership in personal virtue and divine order, connecting knowledge with action and inspiring trust. This is the vision we need.”
