Room Cost (Conference Rate):
- Room Rate: $214.00
State and local tax: 14% plus $3.00/night county tourism fee and $5.00 state hotel fee. - All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.
Room Booking Process:
- To get the discounted conference rate, please check your confirmation email after you register for RTR. The Registration Confirmation email will contain a booking link and instructions.
Note about Cancellations:
We want all of our conference attendees to be able to stay at the conference hotel! You can assist by only reserving the rooms that you expect to need for your staff. If you need to cancel rooms, please do so as early as possible. Cancelling rooms sooner will allow other conference attendees the opportunity to book these rooms. On April 1, we will require schools to provide staff names on each reservation.
