Leaders Day Speaker
Building a Strong Student Ambassador Program and a Solid Admissions Process
Student Ambassador Program – Discuss the benefits of a Student Ambassador Program and how to incorporate the students into weekly Campus Tours and Open House events. Our process for student selection, the training process, and the outcomes. Students take pride in their school in a deeper level, and guests are always impressed with how well the students interact with them. If outcomes matter, this is a great way for our guests to envision their child as a young adult interacting with adults in a professional yet whimsical way.
Admissions Process – Admissions does not end when the application is submitted and a student is accepted. It is a process of getting to know the families and getting them plugged into our community. Starting with the application, we create a clear path for our applicants and their families. Walking them through a funnel that is easy to navigate and consistent. Building a rapport with families is important. It is also important how we communicate bad news to applicants without them feeling bitter towards the school.
