School Principal

Position Description

Logos Christian Academy is seeking a principal to oversee the day to day operations of our K-10 campus.

As a Classical Christian School, we provide a strong Christian environment for instruction and learning using a classical curriculum. We currently have 110+ students and are located on the outskirts of Casa Grande on 16 acres.

As Principal he or she would serve as a non-voting member of the LCA Board and oversee the day-to day administration of the schools of Grammar (K-6), Logic (7-8) and Rhetoric (9-10). As well they would be an advisor to multiple board committees to advance such things as spiritual formation, classical curriculum, facility development, financial growth and more.

Principal Requirements:

·         Needs to be a mature Christian with the ability to encourage, correct and advise both staff and students.

·         Be committed and active in a local church.

·         Have two years of experience in an administrative role in an elementary school.

·         Have a Masters degree in Educational Leadership.

·         Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff, students, and parents.

·         Experience working with students of diverse background and needs.

·         Proficient in strategic planning, budget management, and resource allocation.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

·         Preferred experience with classical education.
