Position Description

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement lesson plans that align with Classical Christian curriculum standards.

· Create a positive and engaging classroom environment.

· Assess students’ progress and provide feedback.

· Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

· Participate in professional development opportunities.

 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field. Higher education is a plus.

· Previous experience working with students preferred.

· Strong classroom management skills.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
