Position Description

Cair Paravel Latin School is anticipating openings for Grammar School teacher positions for the 2027-2028 school year and seeking applicants. Cair Paravel Latin School is a PreK-12 classical Christian school in Topeka, KS. Founded in 1980 by a group of families inspired by their experience in the Integrated Humanities program at Kansas University and the writings of C.S. Lewis, CPLS seeks to cultivate classically trained, lifelong learners, committed to the Lordship of Jesus Christ, who will enrich their community and God’s kingdom.
Requirements for this position include:

• Active in church and walk with the Lord
• Agreement with CPLS Statement of Faith
• Agreement with CPLS philosophy of education
• Passion for educating young people
• Energy and patience for dealing with young people
• Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated expertise in subject areas
• Prior teaching experience preferred.
