Upper School Bible/Theology

Position Description

Providence Academy is seeking a highly qualified teacher to join our faculty community, serving as a part-time upper school Bible and theology teacher. Responsibilities include planning and teaching Bible and Theology courses in 7-11th grades, assisting in an upper school house, and other regular responsibilities of an upper school teacher. Training and professional development opportunities would be provided as part of our regular faculty resources.

This candidate must be committed to Providence’s Vision for a Classical Christian School, demonstrate an exemplary walk with the Lord Jesus Christ, and hold at least a bachelor’s degree in the content area, though higher education and theological training will be highly preferred. Candidates with experience teaching, particularly in a classical Christian context, will also be preferred, though all qualified candidates will be considered.
