Position Description

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the five canons of rhetoric and the progymnasmata, and have experience overseeing and advising upper school thesis projects.  The texts used in this subject include De Inventione (Cicero), The Art of Rhetoric (Aristotle), and Classical Rhetoric for the Modern Student (Corbett and Connors). Applicants must have a B.A. or experience teaching classical rhetoric.
