St. Abraham’s is a classical Christian academy serving students from pre-K through 12th grade. We have been excited to see God’s faithfulness since our founding in 2009, as our school has grown from three grades and 19 students to now serving every grade and 150 students. St. Abraham’s is dedicated to a discipleship-oriented education, and so we seek to teach our students to think of themselves like disciples, each equipped with unique gifts. As they discover these talents, we encourage them to see themselves as more than just another member of the workforce. We want them to see that education is not just about getting into college or getting a job, but to form virtue in their souls and to cultivate Christ-likeness in all areas. We equip them with the mindset of impacting our culture with the power of God. This work is both spiritual and academic, and a solid Classical Christian education covers both.

The Mission of St. Abraham’s is to be a community of learners who seeks to love and know the triune God, His Word, and His World. Because we seek to partner with parents in the discipleship of their children, the families at St. Abraham’s are committed to being involved in their interactions with teachers, on the athletic field, and at school events. Families whose children attend the school have become a close-knit group. The community is a beautiful picture of participation and unity, as a dozen area churches are represented.

Our school is known for having high classical academic standards while teaching all subjects from a Christian worldview. St. Abraham’s is also known throughout the county for having an incredible community of families. Not only are our children developing deep friendships, their parents are as well. Our school is also known for being the only Christian school in the area offering classes to students pre-K through 12th grade. Many families at St. Abraham’s love the fact that all of their children are attending school on the same campus every day, no matter what age.

St. Abraham’s is located in Aptos, California. Our students come from all over Santa Cruz County and even from Monterey and Santa Clara Counties. Our vision is to be the academy of Christian discipleship and classical learning for the Monterey Bay region.
