Position Description

Geneva Classical Academy in Lakeland, Florida is seeking an Upper School Principal to start in the 2025-26 school-year with godly wisdom, fidelity to the Lord, and visionary leadership to manage the academic environment of the school according to the school’s stated philosophy, goals, and policies; to direct the delivery of the school’s curricula, scheduling, and academic programs; and to advise the headmaster in strategic planning and analysis and public and parental relations to take the upper school to the next level of maturity and growth.  Applicants should hold at least a bachelor’s degree and have managerial and administrative experience.  Contact Headmaster Rich Cali at [email protected] or 863-644-1408.
