Upper School Mathematics Teacher (6-12th grade)

Position Description

Redeemer Classical Academy is a classical school in Murfreesboro, TN & our mission is to mentor young people toward virtue as lifelong learners, leaders, and agents of redemption for God’s glory.

This position will teach Math, grades 6 through 12 full time for the 24/25 school year.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement educational plans and curriculum for students
– Manage student behavior and create a positive learning environment
– Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and education administration to support student success
– Provide tutoring and additional support to students as needed

Experience:
– Math teacher

– Classical Learning (preferred)
– Previous experience working with children
– Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students
– Knowledge of educational standards and best practices, familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies

Requirements: Minimum, Bachelors Degree in a related field
