Position Description

The Grammar School Principal is a key leadership role responsible for providing vision, direction, and effective management for the grammar school division of a Classical Christian School.  The principal will be committed to fostering a learning environment that aligns with classical education principles, Christian values, and academic excellence. This person works collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and parents to ensure the school’s mission and educational objectives are met.  This position assists and reports directly to the Headmaster.


  • Master’s degree, preferably in Educational Administration or Leadership
  • Experience in classical education and a strong understanding of Christian worldview integration.
  • Previous administrative or leadership experience in an educational setting.  5-10 years of experience, preferably in a Christian school.  3-5 years of classroom teaching experience.
  • Member of a Reformed or Evangelical Church
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of educators.
  • Commitment to the school’s Statement of Faith, mission and values.
