Paideia Academy is a classical and Christ-centered PK-12 school currently seeking excellent candidates for the position of Dean of Logic & Rhetoric School Dean. The candidate will possess a strong understanding of classical pedagogy as well as a talent for leading a group of teachers towards excellence. The Dean will report to the Headmaster and will have oversight of faculty culture, development, evaluation, recruitment and retention, curriculum recommendations, and will be instrumental in parent relations.
