Development Director

Position Description

The full time Development Director advances the mission of Geneva Academy through donor engagement, fundraising, event coordination, and strategic communication.  The Director’s work is crucial in securing the financial resources necessary for Geneva’s long-term sustainability.   All duties in some way relate to the cultivation and stewardship of relationships: with current families, donors, alumni, and community partners.  Effective communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning are key skills for success in this position.   Interested candidates are invited to send a letter of interest (and any questions they may have) and a resume to the Head of School at [email protected].
