Position Description

Grammar School Faculty (K–6th Grade)

Trinity Classical School is seeking a full-time grammar school teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will have a love for teaching grammar school students, as well as a deep desire to disciple students through Christ-centered, classical education. If you’re passionate about forming thoughtful, articulate, and virtuous young students who love what is true, good, and beautiful, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Teach subjects with clarity, joy, and creativity using classical methods
Foster a Christ-centered, joyful, and orderly classroom environment
Disciple students through daily instruction and personal example
Meet individual student needs while maintaining engagement and excellence
Integrate a biblical worldview throughout all subjects
Provide clear, creative lesson plans and meaningful assignments
Design Friday home-day lessons to support hybrid learning
Lead enriching field trips connected to the areas of study
Maintain regular communication with parents and staff
Give timely feedback on student progress and formation

Qualifications:
A heart for the gospel and a love for young children
Knowledge of or willingness to train in classical Christian education
Prior teaching experience preferred
A bachelor’s degree (education or a related field preferred)
Warm, clear, and professional communication
A desire to grow both professionally and spiritually
A commitment to the mission and culture of Trinity Classical School
