Senior Thesis Director and Rhetoric Teacher

Position Description

Grace Academy is seeking a full-time Senior Thesis Director to start in the fall of 2026. Responsibilities will include overseeing Grace Academy’s Senior Thesis program, as well as teaching one semester of Classical Composition (2 sections) and one semester of Speech and Debate (2 sections). Qualified candidates will have an interest in and understanding of classical Christian education as well as a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Professional experience as a Rhetoric teacher is preferred. Salary and benefits are competitive and dependent on level of education and experience.
