Position Description

Westminster Academy is seeking a qualified, full-time 2nd grade teacher to begin in the fall of 2026. The ideal candidate should hold at least a bachelor’s degree, be a gifted teacher and joyful communicator, and possess a love of students and a passion for teaching, mentoring, and discipleship. Priority will be given to applicants who understand and can implement the hallmarks of classical Christian education: Individualized teaching, demonstrating a love and wonder for God’s creation, integrating subjects, and teaching from a biblical worldview by integrating faith and learning. Westminster Academy is committed to teaching all truth as God’s truth through the lens of Scripture and a Christian worldview.
