Position Description

Agape Christi Academy (Minnetonka, Minnesota) seeks its next Headmaster for the 2027-2028 school year. Building on thirteen years of growth, the next Headmaster will lead this distinctively Christian and classical community toward excellence.

The Headmaster serves as the chief executive officer and educational leader of Agape Christi Academy, providing spiritual, academic, and organizational leadership in partnership with the Board of Directors.

As Agape Christi enters its next chapter, the Headmaster will build upon the school’s strong theological and educational foundation while leading the institution toward a compelling vision for sustainable growth. This includes increasing enrollment from approximately 135 students to 200 students over the next five years, leading a successful capital campaign, strengthening the school’s reputation throughout the Twin Cities, and developing the administrative systems and leadership team necessary for a thriving PK-12 classical Christian school.

The Headmaster is the chief storyteller of Agape Christi Academy—articulating the distinctive value of classical Christian education to parents, donors, churches, and the broader community while ensuring that every aspect of the school faithfully fulfills its mission.
