  • Coordinate fundraising campaigns (Annual Fund, Giving Days, capital campaigns, special projects).
  • Maintain accurate donor records, acknowledgments, and reporting through the school’s CRM or development software.
  • Plan and oversee development events such as galas, banquets, or community gatherings.
  • Engage parents, grandparents, alumni, and community partners in the mission and financial needs of the school.

  • Work with the Head of School and Board Development Committee to strengthen long-term financial health.

Marketing & Communications

  • Partner with administrative leadership to align branding, messaging, and public-facing communication with the school’s mission.
  • Support the creation of promotional materials, social media updates, and website content for admissions and development needs.

  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, integrity, and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities with excellence.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, databases, and general office applications.

Personal Characteristics

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
  • A strategic thinker with strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
  • A team player with a servant’s heart.
