- Integrate a biblical worldview into all instruction, affirming Scripture as truth and God as Creator of all things.
- Foster an orderly, engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and spiritual growth.
- Strengthen students’ rhetorical and communication skills across all scientific content areas—writing lab reports, presenting research findings, debating scientific issues, and collaborating effectively.
- Partner with parents as the primary authority in their child’s education through consistent communication and collaboration.
- Model a biblical Christian life in conduct, speech, and attitudes, contributing to a faculty culture that reflects Christlike character.

- Possess the spiritual maturity, academic ability, and personal leadership qualities to “train up a child in the way he should go” (Proverbs 22:6, ESV).
- Be an enthusiastic visionary, an encourager, and a self-starter with a high level of energy.
- Demonstrate sensitivity toward staff, parents, volunteers, and students, and interact with them effectively and graciously.
- Understand the importance of discernment, discretion, and confidentiality in all aspects of school operations.
Qualifications
- A mature and growing Christian faith aligned with the school’s statement of faith.
