Job Description and Goals

Contract Term: Annual, 10-month, Full Time

Reports To: Lower School Head

We are seeking a joyful, organized, and mission-driven Kindergarten Lead Teacher to join our Lower School faculty for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, 10-month position is responsible for cultivating a Christ-centered classroom where students begin their academic journey through strong foundations in phonics, early literacy, mathematics, and habits of attention. The teacher will foster a structured and nurturing environment that supports both academic growth and virtue formation consistent with classical Christian education.

The ideal candidate brings experience working with young children, strong classroom management skills, and a deep commitment to biblical formation and classical pedagogy. This role partners closely with families and school leadership to shepherd students academically and spiritually during this foundational year.
