POSITION: Founding Teacher – West Christian Prep

REPORTS TO: Head of School

POSITION TYPE: Full-Time and Part-Time Available

This is our intention at West Christian Prep, Houston’s newest all-boys classical Christian school. At West Christian Prep, we are dedicated to nurturing young men to grow intellectually, spiritually, and physically. We are launching in Fall of 2025 with Grades 3rd-5th with future plans to be a grade 3rd-12th school. Our purpose is clear: to build strong men who are deeply rooted in the knowledge and love of God, ready to lead and serve others with purpose and excellence. We are creating more than a school—we are building a foundation for the next generation of Christ-centered leaders. Rooted in faith, committed to academic excellence, and driven by eternal purpose, our school is intended to leave a legacy for the Kingdom. They are grounded and confident in their identity in Christ, dedicated to sharing their faith, and committed to discipling others in their spiritual journey.

● You have a proven investment in others: Men with a proven track record of mentoring, encouraging, and supporting others. Someone who has a high value of personal relationships, and actively seeks to contribute to the growth and well-being of the people around them. Shown through service or vocation in places like Young Life, Collegiate Ministries, Local Church Ministries, teaching or coaching, etc.

● You who have a passion for excellence in the workplace: Men who pursue work with dedication, integrity, and a commitment to doing all things with excellence. Someone who sees their work as a reflection of their faith seeking a strong work ethic and high standards of themselves and others.
