WPCS teaches all subjects based on a Biblical worldview (the principle that God is the Creator of all that exists, and therefore all knowledge is interrelated and points back to Him). Our program is a humanities based program based on the great books written over time. We acknowledge that God has given parents the responsibility for the education of their children and that the school instructs those students under the parents’ delegated authority. WPCS has high expectations for student learning. Our goal is for students to learn to love learning and grow in godliness.

The purpose of Winter Park Christian School is to partner with parents using the classical model of education to facilitate the development of each student’s unique God-given potential.

The Italian Dinner is a popular event in our community. The high school plan, prepare, serve and clean up for this event. It is a fundraising event for their high school educational trips.

We serve Grand County Colorado. Specifically we serve the towns of Winter Park, Fraser, Tabernash, Granby, Grand Lake, Hot Sulphur and Kremmling. Families in our area enjoy winter outdoor activities (skiing, snow-shoeing, sledding, ice fishing etc) and summer outdoor activities (mountain biking, hiking, fishing, boating etc).
