Covenant Classical Christian School invites applications for a full-time faculty position in our Logic & Rhetoric School (grades 7–12), with teaching responsibilities in Literature, History, and Bible. We are seeking a thoughtful, mature Christian who is passionate about teaching, loves students, and is committed to shaping both hearts and minds through classical Christian education.

This teacher will play a vital role in helping students develop wisdom, eloquence, and virtue through the study of great books, historical inquiry, and the deep truths of Scripture. Ideal candidates will be skilled communicators, critical thinkers, and lifelong learners who joyfully model what it means to live under the lordship of Christ.

Primary Responsibilities:

Fulltime teaching position for Literature, History, and Bible within the Logic & Rhetoric School
Cultivate a classroom atmosphere marked by order, wonder, and love of learning
Engage students with rigorous content while encouraging thoughtful discussion and respectful discourse
Collaborate with fellow faculty in curriculum planning, student support, and school life
Participate in faculty development and contribute to the spiritual and intellectual life of the school community
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in a related field preferred
Strong Christian character and active membership in a local church (pastoral recommendation required)
Agreement with Covenant’s Statement of Faith and commitment to our mission
Experience in classical Christian education is preferred, though training and mentorship are available for the right candidate
A love of Scripture, history, and literature, with the ability to inspire the same in students
