Lower School Teacher

Position Description

Location: White Bear Lake or Hugo, MN
Duration: Permanent Hire starting August 2025
Subject/Grade Level: 4th Grade or Kindergarten

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the Classical curriculum.
• Foster a positive learning environment that promotes student participation.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a structured atmosphere.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support individual growth.
• Collaborate with fellow educators and administrative staff to support the overall educational experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to classical learning styles and effectively instruct with classical methods.
• Previous teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
