4th Grade Teacher – Immediate Opening (Private Christian Classical School)

Veritas Christian Academy, a K–12 Classical Christian school in Fletcher, NC, is prayerfully seeking a 4th Grade Teacher to join our faculty for the 2025–2026 school year. We desire a teacher who shares our commitment to cultivating wisdom, virtue, and a love for the Lord in our students through a Christ-centered classical education. While the position is available for an immediate start, our priority is discerning the right candidate whose heart, faith, and teaching align with our mission.

Veritas Christian Academy is committed to providing a learning environment that centralizes our mission.  We recruit individuals for our team of professional educators and administrative staff who are passionate about education and Jesus Christ.  We specifically desire educators who are passionate about their subject areas and who care deeply about discipling students and modeling Classical Christian learning.  Salaries for any positions at our academy are commensurate with experience.

Position Details:

Full-time Grammar School Classroom teacher – 4th grade
Immediate start date (September 2025)
Supportive faculty and administration, with opportunities for collaboration and growth
Competitive salary based on experience

Qualifications:

A growing walk with Christ and alignment with our school’s mission and statement of faith
Bachelor’s degree required (Education or related field preferred)
Teaching experience strongly preferred, but not required if candidate demonstrates strong ability and passion for teaching
Eagerness to engage with Classical Christian education methods (training provided if needed)
