Education Support Coordinator

Position Description

Grace Academy is seeking to hire a full-time Educational Support Coordinator (ESC) for the 2026-2027 school year. The ESC’s focus will be to partner with school leadership to develop a robust and missionally aligned student support program that serves the entire student body. Day-to-day responsibilities include interpreting psychoeducational diagnostic reports, aligning support plans to Grace’s mission and vision, managing student support plans by coordinating with teachers, administrators, and parents in establishing, maintaining, and updating Educational Support Plans.
