Position Description

The Registrar serves a vital role in supporting the academic mission and daily operations of the school by maintaining accurate student academic records, overseeing enrollment processes, and serves as a point of contact for teachers, families and administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, relational, and committed to serving families and faculty with excellence and integrity in a Christ-centered educational environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
Student Records & Compliance

Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date student academic records, transcripts, cumulative files, and attendance records.

Manage course credits, grade reporting, and graduation requirements for middle and high school students.
Prepare transcripts, report cards, enrollment verifications, and official documentation as requested.
Enrollment & Admissions Support

Oversee student enrollment, re-enrollment, withdrawals, and transfers.
Coordinate admissions data and maintain enrollment records in the school’s student information system.
Serve as a point of contact for families regarding enrollment procedures, records, and academic documentation.
Assist with admissions and re-enrollment processes as needed.

Systems & Organization:

Manage and improve record-keeping systems, ensuring data accuracy and security.
Maintain calendars and deadlines related to grading periods, transcripts, and reporting.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:
A personal, active faith in Jesus Christ and agreement with the school’s Statement of Faith.
Commitment to the mission and philosophy of classical Christian education and ACCS standards.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
Experience in school administration, registrar work, or office management preferred.
Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
Proficiency with student information systems, databases, and general office technology.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
