Position Description

After 20 years of faithfully shaping young minds in the classical Christian tradition, Ozarks Christian Academy is ready for its next chapter—and we’re searching for the visionary leader to write it.

Ozarks Christian Academy, a classical Christian school consisting of PreK through 12th grade alongside our Early Learning Center, exists to glorify God by assisting families in the Christ-centered, biblically-directed education of their children, through a rigorous classical curriculum.

The Board of Directors is prayerfully seeking a Christ-centered, servant-leader to lead our faculty, staff, and students as our next Head of School. This is a pivotal moment to guide our school deeper into its mission while stewarding strong academics, healthy community, and long-term sustainability.

We are seeking visionary leader who displays spiritual maturity and servant leadership that integrates faith and work, accurately handles the Word of God, leads with humility and respect for others, has a clear understanding of classical pedagogy, and joyfully affirms and communicates our Mission and Statement of Faith to others.
