First Grade Teacher

Position Description

Capstone Classical Academy is seeking a first-grade teacher who loves the Lord and finds joy in the wonder of young children. We are looking for an individual who can lead a classroom with grace, order, and cultivate wisdom and virtue in our young Learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate Wonder: Teach phonics, math, and history through the lens of God’s truth.

• Lead by Example: Model a life of virtue, guiding students’ hearts toward what is Good, True, and Beautiful.

• Master the Grammar Stage: Use songs, poems, and stories to help students build a strong foundational knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Previous experience in a classical or private school setting is a plus.
