Assistant Head of School

Position Description

Faith Christian Academy is a Christian, classical, and collaborative school in Kansas City, Missouri. We are on campus Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and students work under the oversight of their parent on Tuesday and Thursday. FCA was established in 2003, was the first collaborative school in the nation to be accredited by the ACCS in 2016, and now has a PK-12 student population of just over 400 students. We seek an assistant Head of School to help carry forth the mission and vision of this thriving school. Some responsibilities of this position include:

• Contribute to the development and execution of FCA’s strategic plan(s).
• Manage and lead the custodial and facilities departments.
• Oversee security operations.
• Assist in the admissions and/or re-enrollment process.
• Assist in the discipline and/or discipleship of a student.
• Meet with administrators to plan, design, and implement programs, changes, updates, etc. to keep FCA consistent with its Mission Statement, Vision Statement, and Core Values.
