Position Description

Hickory Christian Academy is an ACCS accredited school with 550 K-12 students situated in beautiful Western North Carolina. We are searching for a Grammar School Principal to replace our long-time principal who will be retiring in the summer of 2027. Specifically, we desire to hire someone who has Classical Grammar School experience, especially as an administrator. This person will be a spiritual leader, academic leader, and trusted resource for parents and teachers. The Grammar School Principal will answer directly to the Head of School, and be one of a team of three stage principals in our school. HCA’s Grammar School consists of three classrooms per grade in K-5, as well as two transitional kindergarten classrooms.
