Position Description

A Teacher at KCA is not simply one who passes information about a subject from their mind
into the minds of students. Our Lord tells us clearly that a student will be like their teacher.
Therefore, a teacher’s primary responsibility is to come alongside parents in their responsibility
to disciple their kids.
A teacher at KCA is one who is dedicated to teaching students to read well, speak well, and
think well. They understand and actively work to develop the biblical aspects of a complete
disciple: Knowledge (through grammar), understanding (through logic), and wisdom (through
rhetoric).
