Executive Assistant - Boise
Position Description
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Logistics and Support of the President: Provide executive functions for the President of the Association, including the management of his schedule, preparation of materials for meetings and events, and other regular administrative duties.
Office Manager:
• Checking the mail at post office
• Directing phone calls to ACCS President
• Ordering office supplies and coordinating maintenance
• Maintaining CV submissions on website
• Mailing and shipping as needed
• Scheduling and welcoming guests and ACCS contractors
Communications Assistant: Assist as needed with the production and scheduling of emails, social media posts, and other online and print media.
Magazine: Assist with contacting and paying contributors, updating the TCD magazine website, and maintaining the magazine subscriptions list. Act as the liaison for the mailing list with the printer.
DETAILS:
• Compensation: DOE
• Hours: 30-40 hours per week
• Location: In person at the ACCS office in Boise
• Start Date: ASAP
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
• Must be a committed Christian in agreement with the ACCS statement of faith
• Strong professional oral and written communication skills
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Excellent typing and computer skills in Mac environment
• Ability to travel at least once annually for the ACCS Conference
Helpful skills (or must be able and willing to learn):
• Google Workspace
• WordPress and other web development tools
• Communications, design, and other media software (such as InDesign, PhotoShop, HootSuite, Active Campaign/Nutshell, Asana, social media platforms, etc.)
