Grammar School Teacher

Position Description

Ad Fontes Academy seeks a Higher Grammar School Teacher (Grades 3–4) who is passionate about classical Christian education and eager to shepherd students in both their academic and spiritual formation. The ideal candidate will cultivate curiosity, guide students toward independent learning, and strengthen core academic skills while helping them grow in wisdom and virtue. Teachers in 3rd and 4th grade build upon early foundations, introducing students to greater depth in reading, writing, mathematics, history, and science through classical methods such as narration, imitation, and Socratic questioning.
