About All Saints Academy
Founded in 2022, All Saints Academy exists “To glorify God by partnering with parents in providing a Christ-centered education in the Classical tradition that prepares students to shape the culture and future for Christ in Kitsap County.” All Saints seeks to do this with a focus on small class sizes and a 4-day school model.
Head of School Position Description
The Head of School embodies and champions the mission and vision of All Saints Academy, overseeing the school’s pedagogy, facilities, and culture. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the Head of School ensures the smooth operation and strategic growth of the school while upholding its mission. The Head of School benefits from administrative support in HR, accounting, fundraising, IT, and registrar services provided by Concordis Education Partners, enabling a focus on leadership, relationships, and the overall direction of the school.
Core Responsibilities:
Leadership
- Lead with humility, grace, and vision, fostering a Christ-centered environment.
- Communicate and implement the mission and values of Classical Christian Education.
- Oversee academic processes to maintain excellence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, faculty, and the broader community.
Student Body
- Provide discipline and counseling to students, aiming for heart change and growth in Christ.
- Ensure accountability and a positive, godly environment.
Pedagogy
- Oversee scope and sequence in coordination with the Educational Council.
- Lead in setting educational objectives, curricular choices, and teacher development.
- Review lesson plans and ensure adherence to Classical pedagogy.
Culture
- Cultivate a community ethos of kindness, respect, and humility.
- Organize and lead cultural and special events.
Faculty
- Build and guide a team of passionate educators.
- Conduct teacher evaluations twice yearly, providing constructive feedback.
- Oversee hiring, contracts, and personnel accountability.
Enrollment
- Represent the school to prospective families and ensure alignment with the school’s mission.
- Oversee tours, interviews, and the enrollment process.
Facilities
- Ensure the safety, security, and maintenance of the campus.
- Manage cleanliness, layout, and aesthetics.
Business Administration
- Oversee financial operations and strategic planning in partnership with Concordis.
- Meet regularly with the Board of Directors to provide updates and guidance.
Chapel
- Ensure chapel content aligns with the school’s theological commitments.
- Lead chapel as needed and oversee its purpose and structure.
Events
- Participate in and lead school events, such as fundraisers and concerts, ensuring alignment with the mission.

- A visionary leader with demonstrated success in managing teams of 20+ staff.

- Spiritually mature, meeting the qualifications of an elder.
- Organized, decisive, and proactive, with a track record of implementing strategic goals.
