Logic Teacher

Position Description

A heart to serve the Lord and help students to connect to Truth of the Scriptures (Holy Bible). Guide the students through questions and conversations in literature, science, mathematics, history, Latin, and writing. Assisting students with the development of their integrity through problem-solving. Seeking virtue throughout all subject areas and daily tasks and interactions. Guiding students through a mock trial and the ability to speak eloquently and persuasively both in oratory and written performance. Ability to apply creativity and collaboration towards helping our school achieve accreditation with the ACCS. Common daily job responsibilities include managing a classroom with the possibility of multiple grades, creating age-appropriate lesson plans, incorporating John Milton Gregory’s Seven Laws of Teaching methodology. Practice discipline and challenge students to reach beyond their potential. A Classical teaching background would be preferred but not required. Desire to continue their education in Classical studies, theological understanding, and/or any training needed per calendar year for ACCS or required school developmental training.
