Music Teacher

Position Description

The teacher shall prayerfully help students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter—including but not limited to music—which will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christians with a heart to serve the Lord and communicate the truth through the Scriptures (Holy Bible) in every subject area to the glory of God. The teacher will help students learn to appreciate the beauty of music by studying music theory and practice, both vocal and instrumental, of various styles throughout history. Students will acquire skills and techniques to develop their own musical abilities and appreciation of the beauty of creation and worship.
