Position Description
Position: Upper School Math Teacher
Status: Full-Time (or Part-Time, if applicable)

- Is passionate about Christ-centered classical education.

- Is good with people, demonstrating sensitivity toward staff, parents, volunteers, and children, and an ability to interact effectively with them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver math instruction for grades 7–12, based on classical principles and aligned with school curriculum.
- Encourage deep understanding of mathematical concepts through logic, reasoning, and real-world application.
- Maintain a classroom culture that promotes order, joy, and a love for learning.
- Integrate biblical truth into all aspects of teaching and student interaction.
- Participate in faculty development, staff meetings, and school events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Math Education, or a related field.
- Teaching experience in middle or high school math, preferably within a classical or Christian school.
- Strong understanding of classical education and the role of mathematics within it.
