7th & 8th Grade Math Teacher

Position Description

ovenant Christian Academy in Colleyville, TX is accepting applications for a Middle School Math Teacher. Our mission is to provide a biblically based, classical, college preparatory education that inspires a passion for excellence, a heart of grace, and the character of Christ.

 

Middle School Math may teach a combination of the following based upon experience and interest level –

Pre-Algebra (Honors or Grade Level)
Algebra I (Honors)

Applicants for this position should:

Be able to articulate a Christian worldview based on an active life of faith in Jesus Christ and faithful attendance in an evangelical church.
Have a Bachelor’s degree or higher
Have 3+ years of teaching experience (preferred but early career teachers with a strong academic record will be considered)
Be able to describe the general distinctives of classical Christian school

Covenant Christian Academy in Colleyville, Texas is located in the heart of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex on a beautiful 16+ acre campus and has been awarded “Best Private School” in NE Tarrant County more than 12 times. The school is a well-established classical, Christian, college-preparatory school with approximately 620 students in PreK-12th grades.
