Upper School Math Teacher

Position Description

Covenant Christian Academy in Colleyville, TX is accepting applications for a High School Math Teacher. Our mission is to provide a biblically based, classical, college preparatory education that inspires a passion for excellence, a heart of grace, and the character of Christ.

 

High School Math may teach a combination of the following based upon experience and interest level –

Algebra I,
Algebra II,
Geometry, or
Pre-Calculus
Competitive, negotiable compensation based on education and experience

Applicants for this position should:

Be able to articulate a Christian worldview based on an active life of faith in Jesus Christ and faithful attendance in an evangelical church.
Have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics
Have 3+ years of teaching experience (preferred but early career teachers with a strong academic record will be considered)
Be able to describe the general distinctives of classical Christian school

The school is a well-established classical, Christian, college-preparatory school with approximately 620 students in PreK-12th grades.
