Middle/Upper School Humanities Teacher (History), Part-time or Full-time

Position Description

With approximately 255 students enrolled, Dominion is a classical Christian school outside Washington, D.C., with campuses in Oakton (K-6th), Potomac Falls (K-6th), and Reston (7th-12th). For the 2022-2023 school year, we are seeking qualified candidates for the position of part- or full-time MS/US humanities (history) teacher at our 7th-12th grade Reston campus. Qualified candidates will possess at least a four-year degree in an appropriate field. Teaching experience is desirable and preferred, but candidates who are well-qualified in other areas will also be considered. Dominion’s mission is distinctly Christ-centered, so candidates must agree with the school’s statement of faith, be active members of a Christian church that aligns with the school’s statement of faith, and serve as positive models of character to their students.
