Head of Upper School
Website Grace Academy
Position Description
Grace Academy invites nominations and applications for the position of Upper School Head.
Founded in 2000, Grace Academy works to provide a Christ-centered, classical education from grades K-12. Committed to the discipleship of our students, we partner with parents to nurture the faith that is central to their home life by leading our students to wrestle with the fundamental questions of life through the reading of great texts, engaging dialogue, and scientific inquiry through a biblical worldview.
During the 2025-2026 school year, Grace Academy expects to serve 372 students on our 35-acre campus situated 45 minutes north of downtown Austin. The Upper School has an anticipated enrollment of 170 students, with 17 full-time and part-time staff. The new Upper School Head will play a critical role in building the Upper School as it grows from an enrollment of 170 students to 260. The ideal candidate enjoys supporting teachers, discipling students, partnering with parents, building new programs, and encouraging refinement in our curricular and instructional practices.
The selected Upper School Head will report to campus by July 1, 2025.
