Job Title: Student Services Coordinator

Location: Peninsula

Position Type: Full time

Start Date: Immediate

Job Summary: Heritage Classical Academy is seeking a qualified Student Services Coordinator for the Peninsula Campus. Applicants should possess a vibrant Christian testimony, demonstrating a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Applicants should also fully support HCA’s Statement of Faith and be excited about the great tradition of classical Christian education.  The Student Services Coordinator should have excellent communication skills and exude a love for children and families.

Job Responsibilities

Financial tracking of JP/IDEA/Auxiliary funds
Provide contract for parents/students
File JP reports for funding
Pursues district evaluations for ETR process; schedules testing, observations and meetings between school and district
Oversees all ETR/IEP meetings
Works hand-in-hand with intervention specialists
Job Requirements:

Minimum bachelor’s degree in education, experience working in Student Services preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
