Position Description

Paideia Classical Christian School in Gladstone, Oregon is seeking a teacher to join our community of faith and learning and teach Great Books and Rhetoric classes. Teachers at Paideia must be mature Christians who demonstrate a commitment to the Word of God and a life transformed by Jesus Christ. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer and public speaker with experience in teaching composition and familiarity with the canon of the Great Books.

We are a vigorous and joyful half-day Classical school with approximately 100 students in our secondary program; our classes meet during the mornings (8:10-12:20), and students complete readings and assignments in the afternoon at home to prepare for class the next day.
