Grammar School Teacher (K-5th)

Position Description

Redeemer Classical Academy is a classical school in Murfreesboro, TN, & our mission is to mentor young people toward virtue as lifelong learners, leaders, and agents of redemption for God’s glory.

This position will teach grammar school (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th grade) full time for the 24/25 school year.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement educational plans and curriculum for students
– Manage student behavior and create a positive learning environment
– Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and education administration to support student success
– Provide tutoring and additional support to students as needed

Experience:
– Elementary Teacher

– Classical Learning (preferred)
– Previous experience working with children
– Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students
– Knowledge of educational standards and best practices, familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies

Requirements: Minimum, Bachelors Degree in a related field

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $32,500.00 – $55,681.00 per year
